On the heels of an excellent Revolution PPV, AEW returns this weekend with its next major event, AEW Dynasty 2025.

The company's second-ever edition of Dynasty, this year's show emanates from Philadelphia's Liacouras Center and, as ever, features a pretty stacked card, headlined by Swerve Strickland looking to become a two-time AEW World Champion by defeating Jon Moxley.

Elsewhere, several other pieces of AEW gold are on the line, with 'Timeless' Toni Storm, Kenny Omega, Daniel Garcia, the Hurt Syndicate, and Mox's Death Riders pals all defending their respective titles. There's also ROH World Champion Chris Jericho, who defends against Bandido in a classic Title vs. Mask bout where the luchador will be looking to regain a championship he previously held for a spell back in 2021. Additionally, Dynasty will feature the first matches of this year's Owen Hart Foundation Tournaments, with a quarter-final bout for each of the men's and women's tourneys set for Sunday.

With this week's Dynamite now in the bag, as of this writing, we've got nine announced matches for Dynasty, which is the same number as was on the Revolution main card last month. It could well be that AEW announces more matches between now and Sunday, of course, particularly with nothing currently advertised for the Zero Hour pre-show.

Given how great a PPV AEW Revolution was, Dynasty has quite the tough task on its hands to match that for sheer in-ring quality. Still, don't rule out AEW somehow equalling - or even bettering - that excellent event. So, with all of that in mind, here's how to watch AEW Dynasty 2025 from wherever you are in the world.

Taking place from Philadelphia's Liacouras Center, the biggest talking point amongst most fans for AEW Dynasty 2025 is whether or not Jon Moxley's fourth reign as AEW World Champion will finally come to an end. Having started this latest reign by defeating Bryan Danielson at WrestleDream back in October, Mox and his Death Riders crew have had a stranglehold over the company's biggest prize, ruling with an iron fist and not even featuring that title on AEW programming for the past six months. And the results have been, shall we say... divisive.

In the immediate aftermath of that Moxley vs. Danielson match, many fans predicted Darby Allin - an AEW Original and one of the company's famed pillars - to be the one to eventually take the AEW World Title from former Dean Ambrose. Instead, Darby is on hiatus from AEW as he looks to climb Mount Everest, and in Allin's place, we've had Orange Cassidy, Jay White, Adam Page, Powerhouse Hobbs, Christian Cage, and Cope all come up short in their attempts to stop Moxley. Will Swerve Strickland suffer the same fate as those men when Dynasty rolls around at the weekend, or will Swerve be walking out of Philly as a two-time AEW World Champion?

Where the promotion's top female prize is concerned, 'Timeless' Toni Storm is similarly in the midst of her fourth reign at the top of the mountain, having regained the AEW Women's Championship from Mariah May at Grand Slam Australia in February. And now, Toni looks to fend off the challenge of the impressive Megan Bayne, who's made quite the impact since returning to AEW at the start of the year. While Timeless Toni forever makes for great TV, it would certainly be quite the statement should AEW opt to strap the proverbial rocket to Bayne and pull a title change here, even if it seems more likely that Storm will somehow retain.

Away from those top two titles, AEW International Champion Kenny Omega will be looking to steal the show when he defends that belt against Ricochet and AEW newcomer 'Speedball' Mike Bailey in triple threat action. Given the sheer talent of all three men involved, this is the match - from an in-ring standpoint, at least - that most AEW fans are looking forward to the most. That said, it feels incredibly unlikely that Kenny will be dropping the International Title any time soon, not least with those rumblings of a Title vs. Title match against AEW Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada being internally discussed for AEW All In this summer. As it stands, we've yet to see any version of Omega vs. Okada in an AEW setting, with these two legendary rivals surely set to butt heads at All In in July. It just remains to be seen whether each man is still in possession of their titles by that point.

In another championship offering, Daniel Garcia puts his AEW TNT Title up against Adam Cole in a match that has no time limit and will have no outside interference. Of course, this comes on the back of Garcia and Cole going to a 20-minute stalemate on AEW Collision a few weeks ago, and this also means that the likes of Matt Menard and Cole's Undisputed Kingdom buddies should be out of the picture. Elsewhere, Cope has switched his attention from Jon Moxley to Mox's wider Death Riders crew, as he teams with FTR to try and take the AEW Trios Titles from Claudio Castagnoli, Pac, and Wheeler Yuta. Given the simmering frustrations of Dax Harwood lately - both towards Cope and towards Dax's long-time partner Cash Wheeler - there are clear questions over how things will unravel for Rated FTR here.

AEW Dynasty looks to be a busy night for the Learning Tree, too, complete with championships on the line. On that front, ROH World Champion Chris Jericho faces Bandido in a Title vs. Mask match. Should Bandido somehow beat Jericho, that will make him a two-time ROH World Champion after his previous 2021 stint was sadly cut short due to COVID-19. Away from Jericho, the Red Wood and the Bad Apple are in action, with Big Bill and Bryan Keith having the mammoth task of taking the AEW Tag Team Titles from the ever-dominant Hurt Syndicate duo of Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin.

Completing the Dynasty card - at least at the time of this writing - this year's Owen Hart Foundation Tournaments get started. In the first men's quarter-final, Will Ospreay takes on AEW's latest signee, Kevin Knight, whereas the women's Owen kicks off with TBS Champion Mercedes Moné facing the Hounds of Hell's Julia Hart. The winner of Ospreay vs. Knight will face either Brody King or Konosuke Takeshita in a semi-final, while Harley Cameron or Athena await the winner of Moné vs. Hart.

All of that sees the AEW Dynasty 2025 card clocking in at nine matches, although we've still yet to have any Zero Hour Pre-Show contests announced. Expect a few fun pre-show offerings to be put in motion by the time Sunday rolls around.
